Once you have tuned your playbook, you'll find yourself returning to the same handful of gambits again and again. Pinning puts those plays in a dedicated section at the top of the library so you never scroll the full category list to reach them. Everything happens at https://km-florist-receptionist.vercel.app/dashboard/gambits.

How to pin a gambit
- Open the Gambit library at https://km-florist-receptionist.vercel.app/dashboard/gambits.
- Find the play you keep coming back to - the seasonal upsell you tune weekly, the sympathy play you adjust around services.
- Click the star on that gambit. It immediately appears in the Pinned section at the top of the library.
- Click the star again any time to unpin it and send it back to its category group only.
The opening-line gambit is always pinned
You will notice one play you can't unpin: the opening-line gambit. It is always in the pinned section because it fires on literally every call, and BloomLine keeps it front and center on purpose. Edit its content from the Opening line studio (https://km-florist-receptionist.vercel.app/dashboard/greeting).
What pinning does and doesn't do
- Pinning is purely an organizational convenience for you - it changes where a gambit appears in the library, nothing else.
- It does not change whether the play fires on calls, its intensity, or its priority in a conversation. Those are controlled by the enable toggle and intensity slider on the gambit itself.
Good candidates for pinning
- Seasonal plays you enable and disable around holidays.
- The pricing play you tune when supply costs move.
- Any play you are actively experimenting with, so before-and-after tweaks are one click away.
Keep the pinned list short - five or six plays. If everything is pinned, nothing is.
