BloomLine billing is simple on purpose: you pay a flat $1.50 per minute of call time, and there is no monthly fee. If Riley answers no calls in a month, you pay nothing for that month. This article walks through how the rate works, where to watch your usage, and why spam calls never show up on your bill.
How the pricing works
BloomLine is pay-as-you-go. Every plan detail lives on the public pricing page at km-florist-receptionist.vercel.app/pricing:
- Flat $1.50 per minute - one rate, no tiers to compare.
- No monthly fee - your cost scales with the calls Riley actually handles.
- Sample calls - the "Hear BloomLine before you decide" players let you listen to real-style calls before you commit.
- FAQ - the "Frequently asked" list on the same page answers the most common pricing questions.

Where your bill comes from: minutes x $1.50
Your dashboard does the math for you. To see the current month at a glance:
- Sign in to your dashboard and open Shop settings (/dashboard/shop?tab=plan).
- Pick the Plan & billing tab from the tab rail on the left.
- Read the two stats at the top: Minutes used this month and Estimated charge. The estimated charge is simply your minutes multiplied by $1.50.

These numbers update as the month goes on, so you always know roughly what the next charge will be before it lands.
Spam calls are excluded from your bill
Robocalls and spam floods do not cost you money. When Spam Shield screens a call before it reaches Riley, that call is excluded from your billed minutes - the screening layer catches it upstream, so it never counts toward the minutes stat or the estimated charge. You can review or adjust your screening settings any time on the Spam shield tab (/dashboard/shop?tab=spam-shield).
Quick answers
- Is there a base subscription? No. There is no monthly fee - you only pay for minutes used.
- What counts as a billed minute? Call time Riley handles for your shop. Spam-screened calls are excluded.
- Where do I check what I owe so far? The Plan & billing tab shows minutes used this month and the estimated charge side by side.
- Where is the fine print? The FAQ on the pricing page covers the common questions, and the sample calls let you hear the product before deciding.
