For partner teams: your client roster and cross-shop call dashboard

Modified on Sat, 11 Jul at 10:31 AM

If you're part of a partner team that supports multiple florists on BloomLine, you get a dedicated partner dashboard: a roster of your client shops plus a cross-shop call view, so you can see how every client's receptionist is performing without logging into each shop separately.

How you get there

Partner access is tied to your login. When your account is set up as a partner-team member and you don't own a shop yourself, signing in takes you straight to your partner area: BloomLine detects that you have no shop of your own and redirects you from the regular calls dashboard to your team's partner pages. Your team has its own link of the form /partners/your-team, which forwards you to the client roster.

If you sign in and land on a regular shop dashboard instead, your login isn't set up as a partner-team member yet. Submit a ticket and we'll get you connected to your team.

Your client roster

The clients page (/partners/your-team/clients) is a table of every florist shop assigned to your team. For each client you see:

  • Client: the shop's name
  • Calls all-time: how many calls their receptionist has handled in total
  • Last call: when their line last rang

Each row links into the call views, so a quiet Last call column is your cue to click through and check on that client.

The cross-shop call dashboard

The calls page (/partners/your-team/calls) shows calls from all of your client shops in one list. Two things make it easy to work with:

  1. The shop filter dropdown: leave it on All shops for the combined view, or pick one shop to focus on a single client.
  2. The calls table: each row shows When the call happened, which Shop took it, the Caller, the Duration, the call Status, and a Summary of what the caller wanted.

A typical review session looks like this: filter to one shop, scan the summaries for anything unusual, then click a row to drill into the full conversation.

Reading a call transcript

Clicking a call row opens the call detail page (/partners/your-team/calls) for that call. You'll see the full transcript of the conversation between the caller and the receptionist, plus a back link that returns you to the call dashboard with your place preserved. It's the fastest way to answer "what exactly did the AI say?" when a client asks about a specific call.

What partner access does not include

The partner dashboard is a read-oriented view built for monitoring. Changing a client shop's configuration, greeting, or playbook still happens inside that shop's own dashboard by the shop's owner or team. If a client needs a settings change and can't make it themselves, open a ticket and we'll help.

Still stuck? Submit a ticket from this help center and we'll take it from there.
