The Analytics page turns your call history into patterns you can act on: when your phone is busiest, what callers actually want, how reliably Riley turns conversations into actions, and whether fine-tuning is beating your baseline. It is the page to check when you want the big picture rather than one call at a time.

The four charts and what they tell you
Calls per hour (last 7 days)
Your call volume by hour across the past week. Use it to see when your line is actually busy - it often surprises shop owners how much rings in after closing time or during the morning rush. It is also a great sanity check right after going live: if you forwarded your line yesterday, you should see calls building here today.
Intent distribution
What your callers want, broken down by intent - orders, delivery questions, wedding consults, and the rest. If one intent dominates, that is a signal for where to invest: tune the gambits and knowledge that serve your most common call type first.
Action cards emitted vs dropped
Action cards are the concrete things Riley does during calls. This chart compares how many were emitted against how many were dropped, giving you a read on how consistently conversations turn into completed actions. A rising dropped count is your cue to dig into recent call transcripts and see what is getting in the way.
A/B baseline vs fine-tuned
If you have run fine-tuning (built from the calls you graded Exemplar through Bad), this comparison shows how the fine-tuned setup performs against your baseline. It is the scoreboard for the grade-then-train loop: grade calls, start a training run on the Fine-tune training page, then come back here to see whether the new version actually wins.
A simple weekly routine
- Glance at calls per hour: is volume where you expect, especially after hours?
- Check intent distribution: has the mix shifted (holiday season, wedding season)?
- Watch emitted vs dropped: steady or slipping?
- If you are fine-tuning, confirm the A/B comparison still favors the fine-tuned side.
Ten minutes a week here tells you more about your phone line than a month of gut feel.
