Before you commit to BloomLine, you can put a dollar figure on what missed calls are costing your shop. The florist page includes an interactive ROI calculator that uses your own call volume and order size to estimate the revenue Riley would recover for you, side by side with what BloomLine would cost.
How to run the calculator
- Open km-florist-receptionist.vercel.app/florists.
- Use the jump-to-calculator button in the page navigation, or scroll down until you reach the calculator section.
- Set the three sliders to match your shop:
- Calls per month - anywhere from 60 to 800.
- Minutes per call - between 3 and 6.
- Average order value - from $70 to $250.
- Read the result. The page updates as you move each slider, showing your estimated recovered revenue next to your estimated BloomLine cost on those same numbers.

What the numbers mean
The cost side is simple because BloomLine's pricing is simple: a flat $1.50 per minute of call time, with no monthly fee. So the calculator's comparison is honest math on your own inputs - the more calls you currently miss, the wider the gap between recovered revenue and cost. If you are not sure of your exact call volume, start with your best guess and nudge the sliders both ways to see how sensitive the result is.
While you're on the page
The florist page is built to answer the rest of your questions in one sitting:
- Hear an after-hours call. There is a sample playback titled "The same after-hours call, with Riley on the line," so you can hear what happens to the calls that currently hit your voicemail.
- The holiday crunch section. During peak days like Valentine's week, Riley answers up to 20 calls at once - the page explains how that works when your counter line would otherwise be ringing off the hook.
- The FAQ. A section called "The questions every florist asks first" covers the objections most owners raise before signing up.
Next steps
If the math looks good, you can hear Riley live before deciding anything - see the article "Hear BloomLine before you decide" in this folder for the demo line, sample calls, and the in-browser Talk page. When you are ready, the Get started button begins the website-scan onboarding, which builds your shop's receptionist from your own site.
